  29. Because the 8.3 upper-case filenames would be hard to tell apart.

  31. Oh wait, that's another good reason to upgrade all your apps!  I wonder why the
  32. market isn't simply taking that solution.  According to InfoWorld, Win95 apps
  33. sales are far below expectations all across the board (except perhaps MS
  34. itself).
